M1-BOL: Methanodrol (20R, 22R)-2B, 3B, 22-Tri-0-Acetyl-14A, 20, 25-Trihydroxy-5B-Cholest-7-En-6-One Ester, M1-Decodroline (Anabolic/Androgenic Infusion Agent): Arginine Ethyl Ester, Di-HCl, Citrulline Ethyl Ester HCl, Diarginine Orotate, Arginine Alpha Ketoglutarate, Creatine Ethyl Carbonate Ester, Creating Ester Phosphate Sodium Di-Creatine Orotate.

Directions: As a dietary supplement, take 4 caplets 3 times daily, 30 minutes before eating, with 16 ounces of water. Workout Days: Take one of your 4 caplet daily servings prior to working out on an empty stomach, with 16 ounces of water. Protein Requirements: Be certain to eat a minimum of

1.5 - 2 grams of protein per pound of body weight for maximum effects. The process of (protein synthesis) requires optimal resources of protein to maximize anabolic processes during times of intense training. Cycle Length and Dosing: Depending on desired intensity of effect, cycle length may extend anywhere between 4 - 12 weeks in duration. Users under 150 pounds should take 3 caplets, 3 times daily (9 per day). Users over 150 pounds should take 4 caplets, 3 times daily (12 per day). Stacking: Effective synergistic reaction may occur when utilized with most other performance enhancement supplements. Start slow when adding other products to assess for tolerance.
